It is important you feel comfortable to speak to me, so an initial session gives you the opportunity to meet me, discuss how counselling may help you and to decide if I am the right counsellor for you.

I offer a safe, confidential space for you to talk and as a counsellor I will listen to you to understand your difficulties in an empathetic, sensitive and non-judgmental way.  You can choose what you would like to talk about, as it is the worries or difficulties that matter to you which are important. We can explore your thoughts and feelings at the pace you choose.
